We’ve all been there. Longing, wanting , aching: desire basically controlling our thoughts and emotions. It’s important to take a step back and get a birds eye view of the situation. Sometimes even confide in someone about said issue, or obsession you have.

Ive had issues with obsession all of my life, from video games to weirdos I’ve met on the internet. As I grew up I’ve learned to see an unhealthy lifestyle choice , and with that I’ve learned to cut ties with people, things, foods that I really don’t need in my life. 

 

One good example, is my first failed opportunity. She was young, I was stupid, we had a dysfunctional mechanic with no off switch. I’d pull away she would pull me back in, till I kicked her to the curb. She was a unhealthy obsession , and as such...when she was gone I grew desperate to fill that void.

So with that, I started grabbing at everything, tugging them towards me as I fell. Finally I snapped. My first attempt at this lifestyle broke me. I have no issue admitting I am human and make mistakes. Sometimes the best way to learn is by making mistakes, and as long as you come back out better on the other side...you’ll be doing fine.
