Any old nonsence that comes into my head.

I know I go on about this but it is just so frustrating. Of cause I cant sleep, because I slept all of Saturday afternoon, but I tried to stay awake on Saturday and I just couldn't do it. It is really driving me crazy. Ow well.

ChainEye - Just wondering have you tried putting an alarm in the afthernoon to make sure you do not sleep longer than 1.5 hour. I know it does not work for everyone but for some people it allows some peacefull rest while still sleeping at night.
