I typically recommend Peter Master's "Control Book" or The Warren's "The Loving Dominant" as primers. But, I think these links are very good.

Sadly, it's been my experiences that those that most need it will be the ones who will think they don't. And will never look. But, I don't think that means that you should give up. Far from it. I think it just makes it that much more imperative that you continue to provide the example for those that might look to follow.

(Which makes infinitely more sense to me. :p )
