Don't feel bad. I do it too. Well not in terms of hours but "sessions". It does not interfere with life responsibilities. The way I see it, "If it feels good, Do it." Iโve always wondered this - do you become desensitised the more you do? I had an intimate piercing for a few years and after wearing it for some time, I felt like I needed to be โrougherโ to achieve the same effect!
