UK documentary idea

DocumentaryDev • Dec 2, 2020
Hello everyone,

We’re producing a new tv documentary series about sex and relationships in the UK for Channel 4. The series will presented by Alice Levine, co-creator of smash hit podcast My Dad Wrote a Porno.

At this stage, we’re hoping to speak to a wide range of people who might be interested in taking part in our programme. Please find a casting note below which details the types of people we would like to hear from and the subjects we’re keen to learn more about.

I have spoken to the Cage’s admin team who’ve kindly given us permission to contact you here. For your reassurance, any conversations, information or content seen or shared at this stage would simply be for our research purposes and would not be published or broadcast.

Hoping to hear from you all soon.

Best wishes,
Catherine

TV CASTING CALL

Alice Levine is hoping to speak to people across the UK who are keen to open up about their sex lives for a new Channel 4 series.

In this new programme, Alice (co-creator of smash hit podcast My Dad Wrote a Porno) will be on a mission to unlock the doors of British bedrooms and, in the process, discover how we are re-writing the rulebook on how our sex lives and intimate relationships are conducted in 2021.

We’re particularly interested in hearing from:
Members of the BDSM community, particularly those in committed d/s relationships
People who make adult content together, be they friends or partners, through camming, bespoke video production or on platforms such as OnlyFans
People involved in transactional or beneficial dating arrangements

We’d also like to hear from people who are keen to join any of these communities for the first time.

If you’re interested in finding out more, please email casting@mindhouse.co.uk or call / text / Whatsapp Catherine on 07594 886 293.
