BDSM enthusiasts make up approx 5% of the population (I have recently read that somewhere and would have to research to find the article). Of that number, FemDoms are about .05% of that population. So just in terms of sheer numbers, the quantity of FemDoms is rather low. Not even factoring in quality FemDoms here but that would make that number significantly lower. Which is why it can be difficult to find someone AND connect with them on a level that would be beneficial to both parties.
With that said, we do exist. But then there are the submissives/bottoms who treat us like kink dispensers and that is no bueno! Relationships are hard. BDSM relationships even more so, I have to be able to get along with the subs general personality type. Have their foibles and idiosyncrasies match up with mine in order to go further in a lifestyle relationship. so while not extinct, finding a femdom who matches similar proclivities can be tough. dont give up! |
