Lotions that are either too heavily fragranced or that have parabens. I prefer a lighter texture lotion on my skin with a milder scent or fragrance free.

This is such an interesting thread, some things I wouldn't have normally considered! Myself I seem to have drawn the unlucky straw and be allergic to lots of things like latex, some lubes, and quite seriously allergic to some pain medication!

I am allergic to cinnamon. Can't ingest it, can't smell it, can't get it on my skin. If my partner has consumed it can't kiss or consume any bodily fluids from them for 24 hours. Body lotion, lube, soap, toothpaste...all killers. Just the scent will put me in migraine mode.
Real fun around the holidays with that one. |

I am a walking allergy/intolerance lol
Gluten Lactose Fructose - which is in sooooo many things and also crosses with anything that contains sorbitol/mannitol naturally as well. Fructans are hit or miss in somethings it’s grand and in others not so much. No avocados, pineapples and shellfish as allergies and tomatoes just hate me but also apparently is a common one for those of us with also here’s the fun one latex 
But also nickel which I just learned is in A LOT of things. Don’t even get me started on the environment. |
