I may hate having the spotlight shined on me or having to talk about myself, but it still feels nice to have someone direct questions my way.

When they only talk about themselves or ask questions that ultimately direct the conversation back to them, it makes me feel like they aren’t interested, don’t want to get to know me, and/or want to understand how I think.

I’ve got to say inconsistent communication too. Along with just bad communication - not being able to express yourself effectively and respectfully.
Inability to admit when you’re wrong and meaningfully apologize.
Not respecting hard limits - continuing to push.
Liars/manipulators.
A lack of creativity or imagination.
