Under consideration??? IDK
If ever I have been in contact with someone who seems to be interested, I trade messages and send her my full detailed profile (not the short version on this site). The intent is to have her message back with any questions, concerns or deal-breakers. If a compromise can't be reached, the pursuit is over.
If she is agreeable to everything, I have her send me a detailed list of her characteristics, habits, lifestyle, etc and the process starts over. If her list is acceptable, we discuss meeting in person and further on down the line, we discuss commitment.
Under consideration sounds like someone is already dating and not looking for other prospects at this time.
