Went shopping with mum yesterday, got lots of bargains and new colouring pens! Was like a kid at Christmas last night 😂
Got all the right clothes and trainers I need so can start using the gym part of my membership and not just the pool but steady as she goes as don't want to go to far, too fast.

Never did I think I would enjoy having access to a room that can force the sweat out of my system but OMG, Thermal Spa consists of Salt room, Sauna, footspas, Crystal steam room (mentholated crystals, it's like being in a hot bath with vicks vaporub), a Hydropool and feature showers, a nice hot one or a bucket of cold water but hands down, my absolute FAVOURITE thing, was the ice fountain. Shredded ice that I could rub all over my skin in between the heat of the various rooms.
So going again and when Daddy visits, I am taking him for a Spa day 😍😍😍
Was 2 mins late for aquacise so missed the class, guess I am hurting more than I realised (shoulder aching like hell from first morning swim) as left with plenty of time to get there.
So all in all, a very good day and I am PRAYING, for a decent night's sleep finally.

A mermaid! I would make the best mermaid ever!
Woke up this morning with no swim class booked, ended up in for a 30 mins swim that I managed to book this morning
Thermal spa this afternoon then aquacise tonight.
Got to make the best of my gym membership 🤭

Yesterday was a blast! I now have myself booked in for various swims over the next week.
Had such a high yesterday that hit a major low today and woke up crying about things I have no control over, such as the price of flats in my area and the fact I can't afford them.
As much as I am happy lodging where I am (with my landlady, sweet 79 year old woman who has had a fascinating life), I worried I was outstaying my welcome but as she pointed out, I've only been here 3 weeks and she is not in a rush to see me and the cats leave, so the reassurance certainly helped my mind.
Tomorrows schedule, possibly breakfast with an old colleague, thermal spa at the gym (2 hours pampering, yes please) then swim class in the evening. Let's hope for no more surprises or wrong bookings 🙈
I used to write in my diary about these kinds of things but knowing that everyone here is supportive, makes it easy to be the real me, Daddy's little 🐈❤️

Omg that Aquacise class was brutal as was my first time and felt every part of it! I feel so good and so happy!!! 🥰🥰🥰
So for anyone who saw my blog last night, swimming didn't happen! Yet ... I booked the wrong date so couldn't swim this afternoon however, all is not lost 🙏
I have booked in for aquacise class, called and checked I am booked in 🙈
Just had a beautiful tagliatelle with garlic sauce, spring onion, tomato, tuna and balsamic vinegerette 🤤🤤🤤
And tomorrow will be shopping for gym stuff, life is looking up and nothing, I mean NOTHING, can bring me down.

Even got myself a gym membership (for the first time ever!) so off swimming tomorrow afternoon for the first time in over 3 years.
