Practice makes perfection.

It's been awhile since I posted something. I kept meaning to post something but I kept getting distracted. So I am going to talk about a certain someone.

So in like the last month or so I been talking to some people from the cage. What was funny about talking to this individual is that I literally was looking at this female's profile because of a blog. Then suddenly I get a message from them. I was kinda surprised by it. What are the odds? We hit it off pretty well and I was not planning to take this anywhere.

We both put something's on the table pretty much not really looking. Here just talking kinda thing but... one thing lead to another. I remember asking for a picture (not a naughty you kinky people xP) and by the goddess she sent me a picture. The one thing that spot out the most was her smile. Her genuine smile. I can tell her smile has pure happiness of some sort. Then I got another picture of her. My goodness she is a beauty. Her brownish blonde hair and if the sun hits just right it looks reddish, her hazel greenish eyes and adorable freckles. Now some of you are sitting here like Shadow this sounds a little vanillish. Well my friend if you are thinking this you clearly dont pay attention body language. Notice every detail of your partner or prey xP. How they look at you, what makes them smile, if they roll their eyes, and how they tense up when they are about to cum. Know the basic of your partner before you learn the more advance stuff. 

So I fell off topic a bit. We started talking few times a day to every free time possible with facetime or text. It is insane to think one thing led to another and just somehow found common ground and kept things moving upwards. These were not even the original intentions but things change. I already stated I wanted them and she said the samething.  Only downside is that she and i havent met yet due to circumstances. So the meet up will be a different story for a different time. Maybe pictures will be with her instead all tied up. There is no way to know the future but that's okay its little more fun like this.

I actually wanted post a blog sooner but I couldn't get a tie/knot down. When I tried one tie/knot the rope was to short so I couldn't complete it. (Note to self buy a longer set) I tried a different style and I confused myself and made to many mistakes to be happy with it and it did not look right. I wasn't going to post something recent because this supposed to be about progress. Progress doesn't happen quickly. Takes time, patience and consistency. I finally got a set down I wanted.

So even after all that I still made mistakes. I had to adjust quite a bit. Eventually it was proper with 1 modification.  My modification was just my own little twist. It really does not change anything except one thing.

So to put it in different perspective. The year of 2020 was hard for alot of people. There plenty of things that everyone wanted to do but probably couldn't get done or can't. Maybe you came short of your goals. Maybe you tried a different route/road and came up short or did not like the outcome. Maybe you did not want to look back or turn back because life is about moving foward and making progress. It might just take a little more time, patience and consistency to get where you going.

Yes it is a new year, but it just mean more time to get where you need/want to be. Don't beat yourself up. You almost got it. So keep making those mistakes, keep learning from them and add a little twist/flavor every now and then.

Well no Christmas tree this year. But I got a DLS (Yes that's the name of the mannequin a friend help name it xD). Guess what I put the Star on it.

Not much to say this time since it is X Mas and kinda want to keep things short and sweet. So I do hope you guys have a wonderful Holidays and you guys get all things you guys want. Where to begin?

I guess it be best to start off why am I doing this blog. This blog is to help track my progress and improvement of some of the skills I am working on, also to help guide or answer questions who may need it. Heck I might add a couple of my stories on here if I can't figure what to write lol.

I recently bought some cheap rope to start practicing again. (Gotta save the good shit for the real deal.) After trying to tie my pillows up and myself up. I notice it was hard for me to notice what am I doing wrong or if it done properly. (Can't see behind me, weird huh.) So I bought a mannequin to practice with. This is the first set.

So I bet some of you are wondering why not the pillow or a stuff animal?

The reasoning behind it for me is that it is hard for me to gauge how tight I am tying the rope. The mannequin resist a lot more. I can tell with the mannequin how tight I am tying the rope and it also allows me to practice the two finger rule. It is important to know this because you DO NOT want to cut circulation to your partner blood flow. The two finger rule is helpful guide to let you know that the tie/knot is not too tight.

Why not partner or find someone?

Beside the Covid reasons, it is sometimes hard to find someone who wants to/ willing to be tied up. If I did find that person, my schedule dumb at times. (Adulting is annoying sometimes.) So the next bet is to practice with resources I can obtain, to maintain skill level and improve upon.

Also if you guys want me to try a certain tie/knot and I will give it tackle. (Nothing with limbs yet as you notice my practice partner is a dummy at the moment.)
