Everyday I wake up and thank myself and the universe for being alive, and awesome on another beautiful day.
Then I immediately thank my nonexistent partner for making all my dreams come true -spiritually, sexually, physically, emotionally, financially etc.
Then I stretch cos I’m training myself to do splits.
After brushing teeth and washing face, I try to journal but usually end up distracted by my stomach growling, a great book, and my bff.
My go-to 1st meal or breakfast is a smoothie, matcha tea with oat milk, and 3 pieces of avocado toast with sriracha
This all happens in the 1st 3 hours of my day
