"I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.."

I'm often asked what makes a man or more specifically a Dominant...
In my humble opinion, I believe intelligence and integrity are the two most important factors. One can not teach nor train, unless one is willing to be a student. One cannot command unless one possesses the integrity to allow the submissive to completely trust that the Dominant always has the submissive's best interests at heart.
Has the Dominant taken the requisite time and expended the requisite energy to educate themselves to a level that can command and guide properly? Or have they become a "45 minute" Dominant who leans on brute force, threat and fear to get their way? I believe the answer is clear...
I still have much to learn and room to grow. I am certainly not perfect in any shape, form or manner..
But Semper Sursum, my friends!!
