Passages...

I crave this time just before the dawn, when all is calm and quiet. The waves crash and the birds slowly begin their daily journey. Calisthenics completed, shower accomplished and coffee in hand pondering what the day has in store as I watch the sun begin it's struggle with the horizon. 

Will you seize the day? Will you be better today than you were yesterday? Are you constantly improving and refining who and what you are? 

Time is precious...days are precious. Don't give them away.

Attack, seize and hold the day. 

Stand up, stand out and stand above..
