Waiting makes me anxious. But you can’t rush perfection.

A simple blog to say…Happy Friday! 

I was unsure what to post as my first blog so I’ll keep it simple. 

The weekend approaches and boy…has it been a roller coaster of a week. I welcome the chance to relax (even though…in my state I don’t think it’ll be much) and spend time with family.. 

This Friday has been a long one. Midnight until 6am spent in a hospital bed. Only made bearable by not being alone, physically and emotionally. After being discharged the only place I wanted was my bed, even if only for a few hours of sleep before work called. It’s been a calm day, so I can’t complain too much…especially when I’ve been conversing with two very special people in my life. 

Work is almost done and it’s time for game night. My favorite night of the week. I hope everyone enjoys their Friday and their weekend. I’ll leave you with a most precious piece of art made for me by one of those special people in my life. 🥰
