Having peace of mind time.

So unbeknownst to me you can get hemorrhoids without any particular activity. Well I messed up one day and had to long of a sit. Now I'm facing the consequences of my actions. Preparing to go to the Drs is never fun but I'd rather not lose my booty.

Lesson here. Make sure to know all about the body and two don't ignore your body being in pain because you think you can be a big girl. This big girl has got to learn to stop ignoring things. 

Does anyone ever dance. Just to feel free? Even if your a terrible dancer? Do you just spin in nonsensical circles for song after song? 

Is it not the most enjoyable thing to do with loud music and sometimes a friend? To scream and cry and shout. To tell the world you are here... I am here... Watch me fly.
