These Rules apply to all members of THE CAGE and govern behaviour across the platform, including profiles, messages, forums, blogs, and chat areas.
They set out enforceable requirements for participation on the platform. By using THE CAGE, you agree to comply with these Rules at all times.

Eligibility & Identity
- All users must be 18 years of age or older.
- Users must conduct themselves in a lawful and responsible manner at all times while using the platform.
- Members in countries where the law requires age verification (including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Australia) are required to complete an 18+ Age Check via Yoti before accessing the platform. This applies to new and returning members alike.
- All members may optionally verify their identity via Veriff, which confirms both identity and age. This is available to Basic and Premium members for a small fee and displays a verified status on your profile.
- Users must not create or operate multiple accounts.
Respect, Safety & Consent
- Users must respect the privacy, boundaries, and consent of others at all times.
- Harassment, abuse, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted hostility of any kind is not permitted.
- Sexual or BDSM-related interaction must always be based on mutual agreement. Users must not assume, impose, or demand roles, dynamics, or expectations without agreement from all parties involved.
- Unsolicited sexual content sent to other users, including explicit images, is not permitted.
Content and Images
All content uploaded or shared on THE CAGE must comply with our Content Policy. Please read it before uploading any images or media. The Content Policy sets out in full what is permitted, what is restricted to the members-only area, what will be removed, and what is absolutely prohibited.
The protection of minors is our highest priority. No image of a person under 18 is permitted anywhere on the platform under any circumstances. If you suspect any content involves a minor, report it immediately.
Privacy & Personal Information
- Users must not share another person's private information or images without consent. This includes photographs, private messages, chat logs, and any identifying personal details.
- Users must not share, repost, distribute, or publish other members' profiles or content outside THE CAGE without their consent.
- External contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, and messaging IDs, must not be shared in public areas of the platform, including profiles, blogs, forums, and chat spaces.
Prohibited Activity
- Users must not advertise or promote commercial services, request or offer paid sexual or BDSM services, or solicit money, gifts, or financial support from other users.
- Spam, mass messaging, or any form of disruptive communication is not permitted.
- Users must not engage in behaviour that disrupts the platform, undermines the community environment, or interferes with the safe operation of THE CAGE.
Platform Integrity
- Users must not engage in behaviour that disrupts the platform, undermines the community environment, or interferes with the safe operation of THE CAGE.
- We reserve the right to take action where necessary to protect users and maintain the integrity of the platform. This may include removing content or restricting or terminating access without prior notice.
Automated Tools and Content Review
THE CAGE uses automated tools to help identify content that may not comply with our standards. These tools assist our moderation team by flagging content for review; they do not make final decisions. All content removal and account actions are carried out by human members of our team. If your content is flagged or removed and you believe this was done in error, see the Appeals section below.
Enforcement
- Violations of these Rules may result in moderation action, including content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
- We reserve the right to take action at our discretion where behaviour is deemed harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the safe operation of the platform.
- Our staff reserves the right to remove any user deemed harmful to the community without prior notice.
Appeals
If you believe a moderation decision affecting your content or account has been made in error, you may request a review by contacting us at support@thecage.co. Please include details of the decision and your reasons for requesting a review. We will consider all appeals fairly and respond as promptly as we are able.
Blog Rules
These additional rules apply specifically to blog content on THE CAGE. All general Rules above apply to blogs in full. This section sets out requirements specific to the blog area of the platform.

General Blog Conduct
- All blog content must comply with the general Rules above and our Community Standards.
- Blogs must not be used to harass, shame, or target other users. Personal disputes should be handled through appropriate reporting channels rather than public posts.
- Users must not publish content involving other individuals (including names, images, screenshots, or private communications) without their explicit consent.
- Copyrighted material must not be published without permission from the rights holder. See our DMCA Policy for details.
- If a user requests removal of content involving them, this must be respected promptly.
- Blogs are intended for BDSM, kink, sexual expression, and related discussion. Content unrelated to these themes may be moderated where appropriate.
Content Warnings
Where relevant, members are encouraged to include content warnings for sensitive material, including edgeplay, consensual non-consent (CNC) themes, or roleplay scenarios. This helps all members engage with content on their own terms.
Images in Blogs
All images posted in blogs must comply with our Content Policy. Please read it in full before uploading images to your blog. If you are unsure whether an image complies, do not post it. Contact us at support@thecage.co for guidance first.
Chat Rules
These additional rules apply specifically to chat areas on THE CAGE. All general Rules above apply within chat in full.
General Chat Conduct
- Chat areas are open discussion spaces for adult users and may contain explicit language or sexual content.
- Users must not share private messages, contact details, or external links intended for commercial, promotional, or solicitation purposes.
- Advertising, solicitation, and commercial content are not permitted in chat.
- Explicit sexual interaction between specific users should move to a private room once all parties have agreed.
- Users are encouraged to use reporting tools where they experience harassment or observe violations of these Rules.
