These Rules apply to all members of THE CAGE and govern behaviour across the platform, including profiles, messages, forums, blogs, and chat areas.
They set out enforceable requirements for participation on the platform. By using THE CAGE, you agree to comply with these Rules at all times.

Eligibility & Conduct
- All users must be 18 years of age or older.
- Users must conduct themselves in a lawful and responsible manner at all times while using the platform.
Respect, Safety & Consent
- Users must respect the privacy, boundaries, and consent of others.
- Harassment, abuse, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted hostility of any kind is not permitted.
- Sexual or BDSM-related interaction must always be based on mutual agreement. Users must not assume, impose, or demand roles, dynamics, or expectations without agreement from all parties involved.
- Unsolicited sexual content sent to other users, including explicit images, is not permitted.
Privacy & Personal Information
- Users must not share another person’s private information or images without consent. This includes photographs, private messages, chat logs, and any identifying personal details.
- Users must not share, repost, distribute, or publish other members’ profiles or content outside THE CAGE without their consent.
- External contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, and messaging IDs, must not be shared in public areas of the platform, including profiles, blogs, forums, and chat spaces.
Prohibited Activity
- Users must not advertise or promote commercial services, request or offer paid sexual or BDSM services, or solicit money, gifts, or financial support from other users.
- Spam, mass messaging, or any form of disruptive communication is not permitted.
- Users must not create or operate multiple accounts.
Platform Integrity
- Users must not engage in behaviour that disrupts the platform, undermines the community environment, or interferes with the safe operation of THE CAGE.
- We reserve the right to take action where necessary to protect users and maintain the integrity of the platform. This may include removing content or restricting or terminating access without prior notice.
Blog Rules (Additional Requirements)
- All blog content must comply with the general Rules above.
- Blogs must not be used to harass, shame, or target other users. Personal disputes should be handled through appropriate reporting channels rather than public posts.
- Users must not publish content involving other individuals, including names, images, screenshots, or private communications, without explicit consent.
- Copyrighted material must not be published without permission from the rights holder. See our DMCA / copyright policy for details.
- If a user requests removal of content involving them, this must be respected promptly.
- Blogs are intended for BDSM, kink, sexual expression, and related discussion. Content that is unrelated to these themes may be moderated where appropriate.
- Where relevant, users are encouraged to include content warnings for sensitive material, including edgeplay, CNC themes, or roleplay scenarios.
Chat Rules (Additional Requirements)
- Chat areas are open discussion spaces for adult users and may contain explicit language or sexual content.
- All general Rules apply within chat areas.
- Users must not share private messages, contact details, or external links intended for commercial, promotional, or solicitation purposes.
- Advertising, solicitation, and commercial content are not permitted in chat.
- Explicit sexual interaction between specific users should move to a private room once all parties have agreed.
- Users are encouraged to use reporting tools where they experience harassment or observe violations of these Rules.
Enforcement
- Violations of these Rules may result in moderation action, including content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
- We reserve the right to take action at our discretion where behaviour is deemed harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the safe operation of the platform.
