Happy Thanksgiving everyone hope you all have a wonderful day and eat plenty of wonderful food.

Its all anyone can ask for is just one, you may never know what you might earn out of it.

This goes out to all of those who struggle with lack of confidence like me.

 You are perfect, just the way you are don't let anyone make you feel like you are not good enough. You have scares? Means your a survivor and have a story to tell. Have extra weight? Juat more of you to love and people who love to eat are sexy. Don't like your eyes, or hair those make you unique and for the men dont like your facial hair or body hair? I can't speak for everyone but those things i find attractive. 

What ever it is you don't like about yourself, take a step back and tell yourself your perfect because those are your details and its what makes you unique and special. For everyone struggling you are heard, you are seen, you are valid and you are truly one of a kind and don't let anyone bring you down.
