Yes! I am a microwave killer...2 so far and injured 1. I'm confessing fully my mad killing skills...lol lol.
First microwave I went with the injury route...had to ease my way into microwave killing.In my 20s I worked for a family as a nanny.I also did cleaning of the home. I'm busy cleaning the microwave with steaming water inside the unit when I hear a loud crack...oooppps. I open the door to discover that the loud crack was the glass tray breaking!!! Yikes!!! I got to replace that tray on my first taking down of a microwave.
Second microwave I full on killed. My mother had a cute lil red one she loved that matched her kitchen. I was in my mid 30s,left in somewhat charge of house & home while parents went on vacation. I decide to clean the heck out of that cute lil microwave...oooops. Steaming water overflowed inside and well yeah it was dead as a doornail. Unfortunately I couldn't find a lil red microwave but did replace with a black one.
Then just this past week I cleaned my microwave...yup dead. Microwave karma is a bitch...:);):);) lol lol.

DOTTI
Dotti! Not Dorothy not Dottie some of the lucky few can call her Mom. To me she's Mom, Mother or Dotti depending upon my mindset, the situation or tale about her I'm recounting...trust there's quite a few.
Dotti is a 78 year young woman with a full head of perfectly coiffed silver white short hair that sits on a dynamic 5ft about 101 1b. body.
I took Mom out for breakfast for Mother's Day after she had trimmed my hair. Yes...she trimmed my hair which she has been doing off and on since I was born. I went from having hair almost to my waist to now being shoulder length...lol lol. All she kept saying was "it needs trimming its thin and in bad shape". Then I heard..."it will grow back". Lol lol.
Breakfast she ordered toast which she offered to me right when it landed in front of us. I declined knowing her. She ended up after trying hard to push toast on me during the whole meal eating almost all of it. Of course there was a fight over the bill...I had it in hand but she was being grabby and vocal. Let me tell you I hold most people in the same respect as myself same level as me now my Mother she is my Mother. I have high respect and regard for her she is 1 of my Heroes. But no way was she paying...reaching my arm way out with food bill & debit card I asked the watching bemused waitstaff to help please and take the stuff in my hands thank you.
Mom kept going on and on about how she could pay she should have paid...2 days later I found money in my purse.

Rain Watch
I was situating myself in the car after a little walk in the lovely grey day of rain.The day grey,wet,gentle pouring water just like Oregon but this is Colorado falling from the sky. I was loving it.
Parked in front of the park lake we were watching the geese and other birds enjoying the wonderful wet as well. Through the rain, we spotted climbing up the bank of the lake less than 10 feet from the car where we sat peeping , out came cuties!!!!
A mama duck with about 7 itty bitty fresh fuzzy cute ducklings waddled up onto the bank. Those ducklings were cute asf and about 2-3 inches in height!!! I could barely see them above the perking up grass. They were scrambling around eating the wet grass while Mama duck was behind them herding the group north along the grassy bank.
I was starting to get a little...well a lot concerned because I knew that it was getting close to FEEDING TIME!!! I live close to the park with the lake and from my 4th floor space and when I'm out and about I see Predator Birds; Hawks of a few types and Eagles sailing in to feed.
So here I was transfixed on this family of ducks meanwhile worrying about what was coming next. Turns out Mama duck is smarter than me. She hustled her babies to the edge of the lake where I saw a patch of old long overgrown grass hanging out over into the lake. They all disappeared. I'm thinking that she hid them away in that bushy grassy water cave.
Just then I started seeing dark shapes flashing above the water. I at first wasn't sure of what I was seeing my eyes were not confirming with brain. The flashes would come and go in different places above the water but were approximately the same shape with long dark outstretched sides like triangles and 1 middle part that was pointed down in the center. I focused in...FEEDING TIME had begun!!! Predator birds were a hunting and there were a lot of dark flashes going on. I looked up to see if I could see them flying in...nope the conditions were perfect for predators...dark wet gloomy. I then checked again that the duck family was gone...whew..yes. Back to predator watching...now I see the flashes heading up. Successful exiting.
I didn't want the cute little ducklings to be eaten but I sure am fascinated by them Predators...guess it's the sub in me.

Why ohhh my why were those yucky little peeps ever concocted??!!?? They are made of every flavor,color,size and now different shapes. Those cute fun squishy marshmallowy line of peeps staring behind cellophane. You look so yummy gooey I'm so tempted by your bright colors. No!!! No just say No to Peeps...lol lol.
