Perving on the ridiculous

I suffer from Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), this means I am never satisfied with my appearance, I find flaws every day, I might think I'm too fat,  too tall, too goofy looking, it changes all the time. I am not writing this to gain sympathy, don't you dare tell me how sorry you are, that is very patronising.

I am creating awareness and dissemination of information:

People with BDD suffer from obsessions about their appearance that can last for hours or up to an entire day. BDD obsessions may be focused on musculature (i.e. fixation on muscle mass or definition). Hard to resist or control, these obsessions make it difficult for people with BDD to focus on anything but their imperfections. This can lead to low self-esteem, avoidance of social situations, and problems at work or school.

BDD sufferers may perform some type of compulsive or repetitive behaviour to try to hide or improve their flaws although these behaviours usually give only temporary relief.

Examples are listed below:

camouflaging (with body position, clothing, makeup, hair, hats, etc.)
comparing body part to others' appearance
seeking surgery
checking in a mirror 
avoiding mirrors
skin picking
excessive grooming
excessive exercise
changing clothes excessively

I also have ongoing treatment for anxiety and depression because of BDD, the therapies I have undergone and my own regimens, mean that after decades of fighting,  I now have this under control if you aren't sure that you have BDD or another disorder, please get help as soon as possible.

I love PVC it's so shiny and when new it smells amazing, I did discover though that storing it properly is a right trial and totally frustrating. I admire it from afar these days, it's much better to see it on other people. I want to mark the difference between that and Latex/Rubber. PVC is more utilitarian and has a wide range of uses outside of the fetish and raincoats, wet suits, diapers, pants and hazmats are easy to come by relatively cheap.  Sex toys are often made of it and so getting into PVC is easy.

The terms "PVC", "vinyl" and "PU" tend to be used interchangeably by retailers for clothing made from shiny plastic-coated fabrics. These fabrics usually consist of a backing woven from polyester fibers with a surface coating of shiny plastic. The plastic layer itself is typically a blend of PVC and polyurethane (PU), with 100% PVC producing a stiff fabric with a glossy shine and 100% PU producing a stretchy fabric with a silky shine. A manufacturer's label may say, for example, 67% polyester, 33% polyurethane for a fabric that contains no PVC; or 80% polyvinyl chloride, 20% polyurethane with mention of the polyester backing omitted. To add to the confusion, the plastic layer is often textured to look like leather ("leatherlook", "pleather"), as opposed to smooth ("wetlook", "patent").

Vinyl or PVC. The material that many people erroneously call patent leather or plastic garment.
It is also a very erotic material, it always shines; you do not have to apply any special product for it.
It is delicate but not excessively. It is not necessary to clean it with a special soap or apply anything after use. If it is true that there are several types of vinyl, there are thinner and thicker ones. The finer it is the sooner it will end up ruining and cracking.
Take special care not to store different coloured garments together and be aware over time it will fade.

One thing I find on the internet is there no shortage of hot fems in PVC, its more difficult to get the men in PVC...

The tight binding of Shibari

This is a fascination of mine, it took root in me about 15 years ago, I also have learned that the term Shibari is most commonly used in the West. The actual art of this is Kinbaku.

Shibari isn’t the wrong term for Japanese rope bondage per se; it’s just it doesn’t quite cut it. Shibari (or shibaru) is a general term in Japanese meaning “to tie.” Kinbaku is a more specific word which involves weaving intricate knots for binding and suspending people for erotic and sometimes artistic purposes. Kin (緊) means “tight” and baku (縛) is “restraint.”

The term shibari has become much more common internationally as the practice has spread and been adapted for non-Japanese audiences and aficionados. If you say “shibari” in Japan people will probably know what you’re talking about, but “kinbaku” is definitely preferred among locals.

Kinbaku has its roots in a practice called hojojitsu used to bind prisoners in Japan a few hundred years ago, kinbaku as we know it wasn’t even a thing until the early 1900s. It didn’t become popular in Japan until the post-war period of the 1950s. For instance, Japanese people and American soldiers traded pulp magazines depicting tied up women during the occupation.

Modern kinbaku is done for pleasure, not punishment, and involves at least two people: the “rope top” or “rigger” (the dominant person doing the tying) and the “rope bottom” (the submissive person being tied). Sometimes these two people switch roles; other times, more than one person might tie or get tied up at the same time.

Probably won't be very successful but will make a start, my intense obsession with FF stockings, that's it they've got to be fully fashioned, have back seams, heels and  welts, hopefully, a keyhole in the welt. Don't do a Nora Batty though, get those things on straight and secure!  I have been fascinated by them since I can remember, as a child they seemed visually pleasing, I guess I've always liked women legs and a nice shapely ankle. The feel of the stocking itself and then also the suspender straps and lingerie, it's just so damn hot!!
