I am a tattoo artist with no tattoos. I have grown so accustomed to my art being permanently placed on so many others, that I often forget about the unique form of art that I will always carry with me.
Scars can be beautiful, powerful, and show a persons true vulnerability. Never be ashamed of your past because it is what led you to today.
I am far from perfect, but at least I am finally happy in my own skin. My legs carried me 26.2 miles and continue to allow me to experience the immense pleasure of physical exertions.
My scars help me see the beauty in the worst of times. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable with who they are and what they portray to the world. Be proud of who you are, because you are truly one of a kind.
