Ok, Have you seen this done? Have you used this on a sub? My guess is no.
A mouthpiece is just the A moouthPIECE. One piece. Only works by keeping the teeth clenched. Which is kinda counterproductive for throatfucking I think.
2 piece mouthguards (upper and lower retainers), also don't stay in place to weil without applying pressure. Again, from clenched teeth. When you start roughly shoving your cock in and out, they just pop out.
