Thank you for the yoga pose suggestions. I want to start doing yoga regularly and I was also hoping to slip in some poses that would make bondage easier!

My Dom prescribed workouts for strength and wellbeing. He really believes that i can't be active in the lifestyle unless i'm in good shape so i workout in some manner every day and go to the gym every other day. We only see each other twice a year so getting stronger before each visit is really important to me because we play very hard when we are together.

I walk at least 2 miles every day even in bad weather,
do a lot of cardio at least three times a week Starting to do more lifting to tighten up I have a couple reasons for this. The second reason is when I do find that Sub or Dom since I am a switch want to look good naked for them when in bondage. The second reason is to live a longer life and do more. For me this is a total turnaround for me as I used to eat crap and drink crap and it wa s causing my health to go downhill. Am I a bodybuilder? Noa nd never will be but my goal is just to perform better in everything from work to play and enjoy doing so |
