Rules and Check Ins

Rules and Check Ins
I have been in the lifestyle for almost 14 years with the 2 Doms I live with and 4 years with my LDR Dom. We like to do rule changes and dynamic check-ins every 6 months. Sometimes, rules change and check-ins are for mental and physical health. What are some ways you handle your rules? Do you do check-ins throughout the year? Do your rules change?

Yes, this has already been posted but since it is locked by admin, it cannot be commented on. Please refrain from verbally attacking others in this one. If you disagree with how they do their life, disagree in your head, not on here. I would love to see how others operate in their dynamics.

I'm actually about to move in with my dom (not for kink purposes, but for personal)
During the period where we did not see each other he'd give me challenges. Mostly just to mess with me, they came with rewards and punishments

When we would meet up he'd have house rules only in play:
1. Will address him as Sir
2. No eye contact unless given permission
3. No talking unless giving permission (mostly to mess with my brat side)
4. Will be given breaks
5. Safe words are red, yellow, green
6. Play will stop if family emergency arrives (little one at home)
7. Will wear no clothing during play, but he will choose the clothing if I do want clothes

Outside of that he doesn't exactly have set rules for me. TPE doesn't work for our schedules. He however does get to decide if I play with people. I can't play with switches (on my own accord) due to 2 bad scenarios with 2 switches that said that they dom but wanted me to do. (I don't domme at all). So if a switch wants to play, they have to show me and my dom that they understand that I do not domme.
If someone is a swinger, they have to show me and my dom that they understand and at least can acknowledge what I am into and what my role is with my dom. I've had men say they understand, but get aggressive and tell me that "my dom is a cockblock" because I had a no sex challenge. This was even after explaining it to them and them saying that they understand.
If someone is vanilla, they have to be able to conversate with me. Without jumping into the idea of a hookup.
My dom gets to block certain people from fucking if they disrespect me or him essentially. Mutually agreed upon
