Podcasts - likes aren't being saved

Liking podcasts doesn't work. Like is gone on page reload.
How to reproduce:
1. Open any podcast
2. Like one of the posts either on the page with the list of posts or on a single post page.
3. Reload the page and observe that your like is gone.

If I inspect Network tab, an attempt to like a podcast produces a requests that results in an error 500 on the server.
