In my opinion Sadists and Masochists always was a big part of our Bdsm and D/s relation. For me is awesome and ever better when done with right master. Good relationship can easily push me to no limit lifestyle....

I think you may find the answer to your question in two places... and it’s a great question I think.
The “SM” in BDSM stands for Sado (ism) Maso (chism), so out of everything else, there is actually a very strong direct link with Sadimasochism in the original walks of this lifestyle. Looking back on the historical aspects... both branches have Sadimasochism as a very strong part of their foundation... whether from following the Leather Community concepts, or Marquis De Sade.
Sadimasochism actually has a very fascinating history... one I would highly recommend researching and learning about

There are several different lifestyles attached to the whole BDSM name. In an over all view of the lifestyle there are Sadists, masochists, Doms, subs, slavs, pups, littles, Bigs, Leather folk, those who identify as animals, riggers, bunnys and so on. You also have the lifestyle which people refer to as a D/s or M/s relationship. There is also the Leather lifestyle. Pet players have their own lifestyle and Bigs and littles have their own lifestyle as well.

The kink world hold a lot of roles under its umbrella. And there is room for everyone.

Thank you, I just wish Sadists/masochists were not so diminished in it all based on responses from others in other posts. We have been casted as psychopaths or there is something wrong with us for having no lovey dovey feelings in it, just straight pain. I get and he gets what we want.
