Any useful links on how to 24/7 effectively? i have a few but I prefer a wealth of knowledge! Show me what you guys got/collected

We have been 24/7 for 14 years ( we trained for 3).

Can you expand on what you mean by effectively?

There are multiple aspects to a successful 24/7.


I think what I can tell you in general is:

Think long term.
Anyone can do something on the short term.
But thinking long term changes how you look at your s types role and requirements.



And the second is:


Know how long everything you ask takes and what is involved to keep your s tyo on a path to success.

For example:

Let's say you as the D type would like your s-Type to vacuum the house everyday. If you have no idea how much time it takes to vacuum the house everyday then you have no idea what you're legitimately asking. Especially if your s Type Works a full-time job, has children to take care of, and has a myriad of other things that need to come before the vacuuming.


As a D type you need to be personally aware of the toll of what you are asking from your s-Type. It is easy to say the s type just needs to do whatever is required from them. It is much harder to make sure that both you and the s Type are successful and what you're doing over the long-term to prevent burnout.
