This task is easy you’ll have to play a game and every time you lose a piece of yours you’ll be punished, then if you can win you’ll get a reward. The objective of the task is to reinforce your willpower as during the task you have to suffer punishments to reach an objective and sometimes you’ll have to accept to receive a punishment sacrificing one piece in order to win the game.
You can either play chess with a partner, and they can administer the punishments, or you can play against a computer, some versions of Windows have Chess, but there are plenty of free Chess games online and loads of free iPhone and android apps too.

When you begin your game, you are to be naked and kneeling. You should have your items close at hand.
Each move you make on the chess board will cost you one edge. You will move your piece and then edge yourself.
For each piece you lose, there will be a penalty.
Pawn: Put one clothes peg on a sensitive part of your body (or wax droplet). This stays there until the game finishes.
