I know it has been quite some time, but I am back. I had some serious life stuff happen. I am sure not a soul follows me anymore but I am happy to be back and a part of the community again.
Something I find difficult at times is managing my stress. I can advise others well about theirs but when it comes to my own I let it run wild. 2020 and the start of this year has been exceedingly difficult for myself as I know it has been for many. Loss has weighed heavily on my shoulders and the fear of more hangs over my head.
So do forgive me if I am not as chipper, become reclusive, or have rants.
