I am greatful for the health of my family, the ability to work and provide, the stability it gives. Even in the shit show of a world we currently reside in, I am greatful for everything I have accomplished so far and what is to come. Friendships I've had for decades and continue to have. I am thankful to just be.

Cello Trance{for You} - The World is always a shit show. It's kinda like the serenity prayer… God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change… That is everyone and everything around you. You can't change it… And the courage to change the things I can… That's you.. we can always strive to be the best we can be . What I find is the Zen puzzle of this prayer is that I can't even really change myself. I need God's help.
