I have not seen any Dom's step up and specifically address this nor have I seen any forums addressing this so I'm posting because it's part of the difference in my mind of abuse vs trust and deep rooted love that comes with aftercare.
When there are bruises when there is really rough sex bodies need time to heal mentally but also physically.
In order to do that, we have to eat well. Really well. And have adiquite space to rest.
So I'm wondering if anyone has recipes that are not just comfort food for subs and slaves but also encorperate the nessiness vitamins and minerals needed to heal.
As a woman who has studied both psychology, nutrition as well as research with herbology and and appothicarys I'm interested in others who know and also want to teach new Dom's and existing Dom's and subs proper self care. I may turn this into a forum post... But for now I'm interested in comments of recipe ingredients not amounts and other thoughts related.
