I have not seen any Dom's step up and specifically address this nor have I seen any forums addressing this so I'm posting because it's part of the difference in my mind of abuse vs trust and deep rooted love that comes with aftercare.

 When there are bruises  when there is really rough sex bodies need time to heal mentally but also physically. 

In order to do that, we have to eat well. Really well. And have adiquite space to rest.  

So I'm wondering if anyone has recipes that are not just comfort food for subs and slaves but also encorperate the nessiness vitamins and minerals needed to heal. 

As a woman who has studied both psychology, nutrition as well as research with herbology and and appothicarys I'm interested in others who know and also want to teach new Dom's and existing Dom's and subs proper self care. I may turn this into a forum post... But for now I'm interested in comments of recipe ingredients not amounts and other thoughts related.

Sadly not all Doms provide aftercare. In this case the submissive may want to take a pro active approach, before a scene begins . The Submissive’s Guide has a list of preventive measures that can help minimize the effects of sub drop.

“ Eating a light high protein, low carbohydrate meal an hour or so before the scene can help alleviate a lot of symptoms, just make sure to have enough digestive time before you play and make sure not to over eat and be stuffed Lots of vegetables will also add nutrients that can help the submissive recover from a strenuous scene and of course, plenty of water before and after the scene will help as well.” ("Sub Drop" - Subs Helping Subs, captured 5 5/14/13)

Ocelotgoddess - Wicked ways I and I think others understand what your saying, however I'm looking for specifics in after and I guess before play recipes. Not just high protein and high vitamin k and potassium and others but atcual recipes

Ocelotgoddess - This is a favorite of mine
3 bananas (each)
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup hazelnuts
3 tbs maple syrup
1 pack raspberries
1/4 tsp aloe root
2 mm aloe vera slice
1/4 tsp dried comfrey
1tsp toasted flax seeds in olive oil
Slice bannana lengthwise add in ingredients roll in aluminum and cook till soft.
