I just wanted to give a shoutout to all the fathers in kinklandia and of course the Daddy Doms too because yep that counts too 😁 I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend and hope yall enjoy your day designated to be spoiled and shown admiration.
My dad is actually my favorite human on the planet. Don’t be jealous 😂 he’s pure awesome. I gained my love of poetry and theatre and being artsy from my dad and the backyard tea parties “pinky out as you sip your tea” will forever be a core memory. Don’t forget to tell your dad you appreciate him today (or someone who made an impact in your life standing in as a dad.
From a psychological standpoint fathers are vital for a child’s cognitive development and growth so if you had a spectacular dad let him know your fondest memory of time together while you still can. Unfortunately we don’t get to keep them forever-yeah all knowing all powerful Gods and Goddesses I have a bone to pick with you for that one because the great dad’s should be immortal! Ok honestly they probably don’t wanna be immortal because getting old sucketh some days okay okay you gotta let them rest and do the stuff they wanna do today- the “honey-do” list can wait till tomorrow.
Yep I’m a firm believer in showering the men in our lives with attention, care and devotion too because they matter too and should know it. Just in case any men needed to hear it today- go rest, get dirty playing in the dirt or tinkering on your project car, chilling watching your favorite team and I dunno go do guy stuff 😂 in the man cave. Go play like a kid again because it’s good for you dammit! Enjoy the fresh air or nap all day. Go find a new hobby to explore and just enjoy the day because you are allowed to have fun and relax too.
Tomorrow we resume the regularly scheduled spoil the princesses and good girls 🤭🤭 honestly if you’re doing it right you spoil each other daily though because that’s your person and they deserve King/Queen treatment every single day! Lotsa love to all and I’m going back to the original Twilight Zone cuz spooky season doth approach 💃💃💃💃! What?
