As we walk our own paths in this life, few get out unscathed - some maintain hope and a positive outlook - lessons and whatnot. Others become cold and bitter.
It truly is about forgiveness, for the ones that didnt work out as we had hoped. A hard pill I have had to swallow more times than I care to admit. In the end, we come into.this world alone, and we go out alone. Each and every one of us has hopes and dreams, fears and regrets. Successes and failures - this is what it is to be human.
What is love to me?
It is the intake side of a heartbeat, and the exhale of a sucker punch. . . . but something I cannot live without.
