To hide something that on one can find out is hard .how much you want to tell him,how much you want to tell the truth but can't. how you have to keep going but it killing you slowly to a point you seem like you need help. Where you end up by yourself you simply keep quiet until you have time to scream it all out or cry it out. You keep your head up and faces the music.
