BT. Causing sensation, discomfort and pain to the male testicles, often including the scrotum as well.
From what I understand... Testicle pain is the worst. Worst than any other pain a man can take. I'm sure there are levels to the pain... but all painful none the less. So with all that being said... why would someone purposely subject themselves to that pain?? Can you possibly get pleasure from pain that can make you vomit?
