I love it when my day starts out really good. You know when everything falls into place? You get up and get ready for a brand new day and everything seems perfect. You're wearing your power skirt and blouse and your hair and makeup are just right and you feel strong and ready to conquer the world! Or at least the breakfast buffet at your first conference of the day.
Reality is when someone taps you on the shoulder and whispers in your ear "I think you're shirts on inside out".
Yeah life's a bitch like that. Even when we think we're prepared for battle with our armor in place, we're still vulnerable and just don't know it.
So I had about two seconds to decide how I was going to handle my utter mortification. Since the floor opening up and swallowing me wasn't an option, I looked her right in the eye, smiled and said "of course it is... welcome to my world"! LOL
