1 Your Dom will train you in areas that may need improvement. but it also depends on what type of slave/ sub they are looking for. I would look on this feed (yesterday's posts) someone posted websites for subs to help them learn and train.
2 what do you want to be brainwashed for? is it to forget be more open or to give up free will? there are sites that have tapes even youtube has stuff.
3 an Owner master Dom what every takes time. know what you want and make it crystal clear! be specific that always help. if you have similar interests then that helps grow a lasting relationship

3. A dom /master/owner . will go slow and ask question s wanting to know you . not only your kinks and want you want ,but you as a person. After all no matter wat type of sub we are ( even a slave ) we are humans first. Also no matter the type of relationship it is the owners/master/ doms responsibly to care for and look after the subs well being and help them to become a better version of themself not change them into something totally different.
