EXAMPLE: Under rule one would be listed all daily tasks your sir require of you for that day as well if something is required of you that day extra with us this is written out and given to Jill and I and sir may designate a task to be done by one of us only to determine how much progress we have made. These tasks need not be hard or dirty they can and frequently are fun depending on just how good or bad your mind is.
These tasks can and frequently are used for both punishment's or rewards example: For me this was a reward I was tied to a hitching post bent over and prepared lubed and ready my partner would prepare 1- 5 of the hands was selected for that activity using only that opening or hand designated. or as punishment's wash the dishes by hand by myself. As a side affect of this practice it helps to keep your dynamic alive and evolving.
