It can be hard to organize but we have found the one rule that works we call it the knock and wait rule. Now that we have two in the house that are at the age of running around and are curious we have taken to this rule add in the door lock and we have so far avoided any problems. The adult playroom is locked and Sir Tim has the only key in addition the bedroom and office as well as the playroom are sound proof and you have a workable solution. for those who can not sound proof their room we have found that the only explanations to the odd noise can only be explained as mom and dad play and the follow up question is simply it is a game for adults only and is icky play this will normally stop any further questions. I hope this helps those who may need a little help that way.
Now for the harder one poly and the family. Luckily most people now know not to put there noises in and respect the privacy of others family as far as the children are concerned since they will have grown up in this environment the question will only pop-up when they start school and by then they will pity the poor child who only has one mom to run to or ask questions of or even play with. They know they have brothers and sisters who will always be there to stick up for them or protect them. We plan on teaching the boys to protect the girls and to have each others back from bully's and I'm sorry if this does not fit your definition of social behavior they will know how to fight.. We mothers believe that bullies only learn the hard way to mind there manors. And one more thing they will be watched to make sure they are not the bully and the punishment will be hard on them. thank you I hope this helps those thinking of going into a poly relationship. love Mari
