I asked sir Tim to stop at this point because we four had the talk of what kind of man he might become we Dom's myself and sir James decided to adopt a wait and see attitude to his future. The lady Jane and my Rita agreed but I suspect that they using the time honored wisdom of a woman had already made up their minds. Why, because they both started working with him on "courtly behavior" as in manors for a man to live by. Sir James and I decided on the wait and see because he was only 15 and even though he showed the right attitude to his responsibilities did not mean he could handle them even though he no longer had the pressure of making the ranch go. he picked up the responsibility of having money in his pocket oh yes sir paid him the same as any other full grown man in his place and as anyone can tell you that alone can be hard to manage. There where a couple of bumps in the road but managing them goes a long way to showing a persons caricature later, a man does not grow without adversity in his path. As you can see the young sir Tim grew up to be a very good man and a more then adequate Dom in his own right as I am relatively sure the ladies can testify to.
By the time the young man turned 18 it was requested by a few ladies that he be taught the way. All of them from older and wiser women chief of witch from the lady Jane stating she had planes for that young man and sir James was not getting any younger. So you can see he had a direction in life to go if he wanted this lifestyle. And as you see now he did but I don't think he expected what he got (none of us do). So at 18 he started lessons of dominance from the house of Jane from both sir James and myself. These lessons mainly concern the day to day responsibilities that the Dom is expected to learn.
The first of these is learning about the one who has asked to be your sub. Contrary to what you may think this involves learning their needs and want's in both the outside world and the one behind closed doors. There is a big difference obviously, do they need you to put a roof over their head cloths on them feed them or can they do it themselves or are these things they want you to do, If the later is wanted you must decide if they are worth it to you this must be decided by you the Dom and must be done coldly this is real world not phantasy and things like love and lust do not enter the equation for this so think hard is the potential there for them to be all you want? This is part of the first rule and your responsibility to produce for them.
