The key is for you to build and provide their fantasy encounter, not yours.
You need to know what they like the most and the least, then as you are leading them into their induction, you need to arrive at the method you intend to use to make them cum. You can just do the old fashioned “lick her till she cums” or you can be creative, stimulate everything but their clit and vagina with your hands and tongue but, tie invisible electric wires from those areas to their cit and with the suggestion to cause the arousal of their erogenous zones to be mirrored in their clit.
