Fire in the Flatlands!

I have always loved playing with fire. I suppose thats why I got into welding as a career. BUT.....NOT when I have no control over the thing!!!

We have been on fire for 48 hours and it is not contained yet!!

I have witnessed an over flow of community involvement and helpers willing to go above and beyond to help out neighbors and complete strangers. Livestock rescues, heavy equipment operators volunteering their time and rigs, wherever there is a need-wonderful ppl are stepping in and creating solutions.

What does this have to do with kink?? not a fucking thing. But My kink family has been there for Me during these trying times. Offering places to stay, calling to check in, driving by the house to make sure it is still standing. I am so blessed to have such wonderful ppl in My life and I love each and every one of you.

When this shit is all over, We are going to have a HoT survived 2020 party!!!

Johnny slave sub(sub male){I'd most w} - I'm so sorry that you are still inflicted with these fires, but have a joyous inner feeling...just hearing about all of the many people who have kindly offered assistance and honest concern about your safety and well being. There are so many good people out there.
Forty eight hours have gone by and still the fires rage on. From here...I can only hope that it comes to be contained and over with. Be very careful there for your own safety and for the safety of your friends and neighbors. It's helpful to be checking on others, in how they are doing.

HGB(sub female){Scottish M} - I know some who have had to evacuate and others who are safe. Fire does not discriminate. I've seen the community ralrally around fire victims. This has me thinking of the items I have I was going to sell and donate maybe I'll see if anyone could end up needing it before I let it go.

Johnny slave sub(sub male){I'd most w} - Hello Ms. Tara. ..it's been some time since you had to deal with that raging fire. I'm assuming it all came to an end and now it's down to dealing with the aftermath. It is my hope that you, your friends and neighbors there are ok and physically alright. Then too, that you've not had to suffer too much damage to your homes. It's the start of a new month and hopefully it will be weather wise..kinder to you and your neighborhood.

Tara Tanglewood(dom female) - thank you so kindly for this note^^ Johnny. Our fires are approx 75% contained but We have been dealing with the poorest air quality due to smoke from the entire state on fire. It is getting better slowly. I have watched the community really pull together!!

Johnny slave sub(sub male){I'd most w} - HIYA Ms.Tara, I'm relieved to learn you're doing alright, with the exception of having very poor air quality. Hopefully, your home hasn't been inundated with smoke. You obviously have a strong and helpful community. Pulling together is the only way to beat this. The alternative would result in greater devastation. Thank you Ms. Tara for your kindly response. johnny
