Soooooo I work in the medical field.....and every once in awhile I'll get a 2nd job that's completely opposite from the medical field(helps prevent burnout)😉
Yup! That's where we'll start .....
So about a month ago I'm at my favorite "toy store", wandering around looking at everything, I had no particular place to be, so I thought I'd waste some time and treat myself....I must also mention that I was getting over the flu so my voice was cracked and very raspy! As I wander around the store I noticed the clerk is trying to talk to me, I politely apologize and explain that I'm trying to save my voice..... Then she cuts me off and asked if I worked....mmmm "yes", I work! I explained....the room went quiet and I went back to my shopping!
I thought about the clerks question more than I was paying attention to the toys....I went up to her and asked, "why do you want to know if I work?" She replied, "I wanted to offer you a job". And without batting an eye, and a big smile on my face I said, "hell yes, sign me up!!"
I was so excited I about walked right through the door without opening it!!!!!
Ooohhhh goodness the best part is I'm not ashamed of the new job!!!
A new learning experience everyday!!!!!
I have a few experiences I'll tell y'all about in a bit!!! I gotta get ready for the day!!!
