Today I haven't even dreading the concept of writing this I have been down and out completely.
You know the feeling when you get executive dysfunction when you feel like you have a 110 things to do but you just can't do a single one today I feel stuck today I feel absolutely immobilized by a sense of dread and overwhelming and you know what I'm not going to fight it right now I'm going to take that moment just to sit down wait till I have an opportunity where I feel like I can do something and then get up
A lot of times we get to a point where we feel like there is no surrender we're not allowed I'm going to tell you right now that is completely wrong if you need to take a minute you need to take a minute your body's going to tell you. Just because you feel like you can push through doesn't mean you should have. Take time to recover take time to heal take time to get to a point where you feel like you can get up then work on yourself if you feel like you're going to never get up you're never going to get up if you give yourself time to get up eventually going to want to.
Don't be your enemy listen to yourself.
