All about subscription payments.

How much is a Premium subscription?

Click on “Go Premium” to see a full listing of our current subscription plans in your local currency. Please note that the longer the selected pre-paid subscription period, the more affordable the fee.

What are the accepted payment methods?

You can pay with almost any major credit card or with crypto coins. There may be more payment methods specific to your region.

Why can't I pay with PayPal?

PayPal will not work with sites that contain adult content of a sexual nature.

Who is your credit-card payment processor?

We work with CCBill to process credit card payments. CCBill is a trusted leader in global payment solutions since 1998. CCBill processes more than a billion dollars in transactions each year and is one of the largest third-party payment processors.

Will anything BDSM related show up on my bank statement?

You will see a charge from CCBill*ZumatiLTD. (CCBill is our payment provider and Zumati is the name of the business entity that runs THE CAGE). Nothing related to BDSM, sex, or THE CAGE will appear on your bill.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes. Your credit card payments are processed independently by our payment processor CCBill who meet the requirements of major credit card companies for security and privacy. Your credit card billing information is not stored on THE CAGE servers and is not accessible to us. CCBill is a trusted leader in global payment solutions since 1998 and processes more than a billion dollars in transactions each year and is one of the largest third-party payment processors.

Why will my payment not go through when there are no issues with my credit card?

Some financial institutions are hesitant to approve payments through overseas providers such as CCBill. You may have to contact your credit card company to override this and manually authorize the transaction.

Can I pay by cash?

At this time we do not offer an option for cash payments.

How can I stop my Premium from auto-renewing?

You can manage your Premium subscription by clicking on the "My Subscription" button in the drop down menu on your mobile device. If using a desktop you can find this menu by clicking on your name in the upper righthand corner of your screen. If you choose to cancel your Premium membership you will revert to a Basic account at the end of your current subscription period and you will not be charged further. You can upgrade again at anytime.

How can I change from a monthly to yearly subscription?

Due to the technical limitations of our payment provider, CCBill, it is not possible to convert a monthly subscription to a yearly subscription. CCBill is limited in certain ways as credit card companies consider sexually explicit sites such as ours high risk.

Please simply wait for your current subscription to expire and re-subscribe with the plan of your choice. Rest assured your data won't be lost and you'll be able to continue right from where you left off.

I canceled my subscription and now want to re-subscribe. Where is the option to do that?

Due to the technical limitations of our payment provider it is impossible to extend a subscription that has been cancelled. Please wait for your current subscription to expire after which you'll see an option to upgrade back to Premium.

How can I update my credit card details?

Unfortunately, due to some technical limitations of our payment processor - updating the payment method can not be done directly through THE CAGE.

Instead, we advise you to contact our payment processor via their website's 24/7 customer support or by mail or phone.

If you prefer you can also update your card details by restarting your current Premium subscription. First, cancel your current subscription. After your current plan expires you can restart your Premium subscription with your card new details.

If you wish to cancel your subscription simply go to the "My Subscription" page and click on the cancel button.
