Not related to BDSM at all...
This has nothing to do with BDSM or any lifestyle thoughts. I'm trying to find a present for a friend and I'm coming up short, so I thought I might solicit help from you fine folks. I am looking for a statute of Lord Ganesha that is brass or painted brass and at least 8" tall. I've found several, but they are all in the hundreds of dollar range. If anyone happens to know of, or stumble upon, a site where something like this can be obtained for a modest price, I would be indebted to you. Thanks!

Lol.... MasterBear, I'm finding I'll need more than luck for this one. I think my sense of economics is stuck in the 70's; everything I find just seems so danged expensive as a house-warming gift. Maybe I should just make a cheese plate instead.

There are a few on eBay <$100 (although I’d recommend checking out the reviews of the seller first) and there are a few on amazon, though these came up for UK ..they did deliver internationally from India.

Actually, Bear, that's a pretty cool cast. Kind of reminds me of ceramics before you paint them. I wonder if I could brush lacquer it....
