It was the part about the first stage of getting to know each other first and testing compatibility and then the second stage which is the dynamic

In all honesty, that was probably one of the best pieces of advice I was given when I first started becoming active in my offline community. I think it’s often shrugged off by people as being shallow or ridiculous... but I took it on board and do it without fail even still, before going to any meet-ups or events.

I have found that it helps keep things clear and focused and helps towards making decisions that aren’t simply coming from a place of arousal.
