So, wow, that was some interesting reading... and research lol.
It seems like oftentimes it’s a “natural occurrence” or perhaps “stepping stone (?)” with those who are into gaping and play with big things (double fisting... extremely large dildos etc). Although there are porn actresses (and I’m sure everyday people too) who can do it on purpose. As with anything there are two sides clashing... claiming it’s gross or not... disagreeing as to whether it’s safe (if practiced carefully) or not.

I definitely don’t want anything to prolapse (that does sound horrifying) but I enjoy being stretched. It’s my understanding that our holes will return to their size even after being stretched. I am still not sure what prolapse means but I am afraid that I get some of it. I admit to finding extremes quite erotic, but there is a point when we should protect women from anything dangers (seriously, we really suck sometimes, men I mean). On the other hand if someone is determined then it is there body (but even then we can discharge it).

I suppose it might be just going to extremes, or it might be a sensation that they can not get any other way. Dominance sometimes want to know that their subs will go into extreme places to please them.
