New Message Alerts

Even when I have no new messages, the new message alert in the browser tab itself never stops flashing. I can refresh, move to different computers, and open every mail back up again, but nothing stops the alerts. This makes it hard to rely on to see new messages of course.

Is there anything I can do to stop them?

Have you tried clicking on the purple circle on the bottom right hand side of the screen? Some new messages probably hide there.
