Hands on pinning Vs other restraints

Hi all, curious to know others experiences with hands on pinning using Doms hands to physically pin a sub in various ways like arms wrists, neck, hair etc

Vs

Straps, ropes, etc.

I have found in the past I like the hands on approach because I can feel the sub pushing back against me, I like the feedback, I can also apply more pressure real time so she knows who is in control.

Thoughts?

Maybe a mix of both is best, I wish I had more hands!! that's the limiting factor on pinning.

Obviously I believe it depends on the moment and what you plan on doing. I prefer hands as well however if things plan on going farther restraints come in handy.
I obviously think it depends on what you and the sub want.
But yes hands are the best but become inconvenient when hands need to be elsewhere. 😊

Personally a fan of that light cotton rope from Amazon .... wrapping it sensually can be quite the experience
